Can I bring my own containers into the store to refill?
Yes! We do encourage our customers to bring their own containers to refill. You can bring your own empty glass jars, tupperware or whatever you have. Simply weigh your empty containers in store and the weight of your container will be deducted off during the checkout.
What do you sell?
We carry over 300 refillable bulk goods including : grains, beans, nuts, seeds, herbs & spices, superfoods, sugars & salts, flours & pastas, oils, vinegars, coffee beans & loose leaf tea, chocolates, dried fruits, bath & body products and cleaning products. We also stock reusables and eco-friendly lifestyle products like bamboo toothbrush and portable cutlrey set.
Do you have a larger selection in-store?
Yes, there’s a lot more liquid and fragile products that are not suitable for shipping available in-store. We also have a whole section of zero-waste accessories in-store.
What if i forgot to bring my containers?
We do have different sizes of paper bags in store for you to refill. We also have different type of glass jars and containers you can purchase in store.
Are there any extra precautions during Covid 19?
Yes, we’re taking extra precautions right now to keep everyone safe and healthy.

– A mask/face covering must be worn at all times.
– Sanitize your hands upon entry.
How will the order be delivered?
All of our food is packed fresh in paper bags which will be sealed with decompostable stickers. Everything is then packed into a solid cardboard box for shipping.
Can i track my parcel?
We will send you a tracking details via email once your parcel has been sent out.
What happen if the product is out of stocks after the payment?
We will try our best to have our stock tracking ccurate at all times, however there might be discrepancies and an item will be added to your cart even when it is out of stock or not available for another reason. In this case we will refund you for the missing items - resulting in a “partial refund” - you’ll be notified via email about this.
How do self-pick up work?
After placing your order online, we will contact you to arrange a self-pick up in our store located at Eco Palladium, Johor Bahru. You can also book a Grab Delivery service to pick up your order.
What should i do if my parcel is damaged / loss during transition?
Unfortunately we have no control or say in this issue and won’t be able to be a lot of help. We will not be held responsible for shipping delays, damage or loss.You can contact the courier company to address any problem regarding the shipping.

How shipping work? (Small items)
Smaller items and decor like ceramic, vinyl records and books are generally shipped via Pos Laju Malaysia and typically takes 3 - 5 days or less for delivery. Following a purchase our customers will receive an email confirming the carrier name and tracking number.

How do i place order for vintage / preloved products?
Kindly contact us via Whatsapp or Email to check the availablity of the products and arrange the payment after the order has been confirmed.
Can I return or refund an item after purchased?
Unfortunately we do not accept any return or refund due to the nature of the products. Please ask for more images of the product if you need any before placing the order to avoid any misunderstanding.
